The Prompt this week is to add the 5 words Airplane, Yellow, Violin, Eaten, and Swept
Flight 556 was called for the final time at Amsterdam airport and then the airplane, bound for London, disappeared into the majestic white clouds.
Packed inside the small baggage compartment above the seats, sat the little yellow suitcase carrying the small vintage violin.
David sat relaxed in the middle row of the plane. He had just eaten a wonderful meal.
Staring at the air hostess who swept the isle floor, he thought about his daughter that would soon meet him at the airport.
He couldn't wait to see her face when he gives her the gift she has always wanted.
Nikita I very much enjoyed reading your delightful story that made me smile. I could feel the joy and excitement in David as he looks forward to seeing his daughter. What a lovely plot and very good writing too; keep up the good work.
ReplyDeleteGreat story Nikita! I especially enjoyed your opening sentence which set the scene so vividly. Really well done for including all the words in such a well written story.Keep it up!
