Hi there Nikita. Thank you for the email and the update about what you have been doing. These photos give a clear idea of where you are and what you are doing. Is it really as hot in Europe this summer as I have heard? Yes - the compost bins are looking good. Now we have to learn how to use them. Next Friday is the last week of Friday sport and then we go skiing on Friday the 28th. Sadly, I have not been skiing yet this year but maybe I will make up for lost time over the next few weeks. We are also going to the centre of town for the whole school to present in a 'Gap filler' place. Should be fun. Say hello to the rest of your family, especially your WONDERFUL brother. Where do you travel next? See you next term. Mr. M
Great photos Nikita! I am glad it is so hot for you over there - it is freeeezing over here! Today we (Rimu class) spent all day in the staffroom making cheese rolls as a fundraiser for camp! I have sore legs from standing in the same spot all day! We have to make 550 dozen. Next week will be halfway through Term 3 - it is flying. We are performing out Jump Jam routine again at Kid Fest next Thursday. Tonight the All Blacks play Australia - this is the final test which decided who wins the Bledisloe Cup. We lost against Australia last weekend in Sydney...so fingers crossed! Have a great time in Holland! Miss Blair :)
Hi Nikita :) amazing photos! Looks like you and your family are having a fabulous time :) Paige's Great Grandad was from Holland and her Grandad and Nanna went to visit Holland a few years ago now but said it was beautiful and true to word about the tulips being everywhere :) Stay safe and have fun! Kat (Paige's mum)
Hi Nikita, what a fantastic update. I love all your photos. I can really see what you have been up too. We are counting down to Winter Fun Day. It is THIS friday. We are all very excited about heading up the slopes. We have had the odd bit of snow, but never enough to have a snow day. We are now halfway through the term. I am on countdown to our own family overseas holiday. Say hi to your family for me. Take care! :) Mrs S
